We want to be a church that is for the whole of our community, because we believe that God’s presence is revealed in relationships and in community.

Jesus was all about being with people, sharing meals together, spending time with them and inviting them to discover a God who reveals himself in loving relationships – a living God, the God who is waiting to be found in every human heart.

Jesus was also concerned about the hungry and the downtrodden, those who needed justice and those who needed to know, above all else that they were loved by God.

We want to be a Church that lives like that. A Church that is all about the Living God.

We hope our journey is one you will come and share.

We aim to make worship accessible to all: and all are welcome.
Worship is lively and maintains an informality throughout.

We offer worship for all ages. Never worry that your children may be a bit noisy – you and they are welcome, and we offer children’s activities as part of our main service as the adults explore how the Bible’s wisdom can address the challenges of our time.

Our main service is on Sunday at 10:30am

Our activities go far beyond the church walls. We are deeply involved in the community running activities both in church and at St Alban’s Centre. These include Messy Church for families, parent and toddler groups, two community cafés, community gardening, schools work, and caring for those in need. We also have strong links with our local Scout Group.

Our hope is that as you browse this website you will find ways in which you might want to connect with St Alban’s.
